VISITING HAYFIELD

Home

Set amid heather moorland on the A624 between Glossop and Buxton, Hayfield makes a first rate outdoor destination for both the adventurous and the more relaxed visitor.

Walkers, fell runners, mountain bikers and horse riders will all find challenging moorland routes including links to the Pennine Way and the National Bridleway.

If a quiet day in the country is more your cup of tea, take an amble around one of our short village routes (choose from History, Datestone or Calico Trails), maybe sit by the river or take in an over or two of village cricket during the season.
